First and foremost, we hope you, your families, and your communities are doing well. It’s an unprecedented time for many of us and we are thinking about you.

Regarding how Universal is responding to COVID-19, our operations are still up and running, but obviously with limitations in place to protect our staff. We are a cloud-based company, so we have the infrastructure in place to continue to operate and support our clients’ needs. Our team can and will be working remotely. Due to the nature of our industry, there are certain functions that require in-person execution so the necessary departments will be alternating with teammates working at home and in the office.
